The Book of Nehemiah forms the next iteration of the faithful remnant of Jews who return to rebuild their Jewish identity during the Babylonian Captivity. The third wave of exiles are led by Nehemiah, an incredibly righteous and talented man, to rebuild the city walls and fortify Jerusalem.
